Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the CodeNXT Lab website (the "Site"), reading the material we publish on it, or interacting with our WhatsApp-based communication channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

WhatsApp Opt-In Policy
CodeNXT Lab uses the WhatsApp Business API to discuss projects, answer enquiries, and send the documents we offer on the Site. We strictly adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
WhatsApp is the only contact channel on this Site. There is no contact form and no newsletter. By using any Message on WhatsApp link, initiating a chat with our WhatsApp Business number, or voluntarily providing your phone number, you provide affirmative consent (opt-in) to receive both automated and manual messages from CodeNXT Lab.

WhatsApp Opt-Out Policy
You may withdraw your consent and opt-out of all WhatsApp communications at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply with the word "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "CANCEL" directly in the WhatsApp chat. Upon receipt of this keyword, we will immediately cease all automated and manual messaging to your number.

Acceptable Use of the Site
When interacting with our systems, you agree to conduct yourself professionally. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending spam, advertisements, or commercial solicitations.
- Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or software intended to disrupt our infrastructure.
- Using abusive, defamatory, or threatening language.
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automatically harvesting the Site or its published material.

Journal & Resources
The Site publishes written engineering material: articles in the Journal, and documents and templates on the Resources page. This material is provided for information only. It describes decisions taken in specific systems under specific constraints, and it is not engineering, legal, or financial advice for your system.
You may read, quote with attribution, and link to this material freely. You may use any template we send you inside your own organisation, including on commercial work. Republishing an article in full, presenting it as your own work, or reselling a template remains prohibited under clause 06.
Documents offered on the Resources page are sent on request over WhatsApp. Where an item is marked as still being prepared, no download exists yet and none is implied.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to its written articles, page copy, layout and typographic system, diagrams, SVGs, and the CodeNXT Lab name and mark, is the exclusive intellectual property of CodeNXT Lab. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or resale is prohibited, save for the attributed quotation and internal template use permitted under clause 05.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
