Non-Binding Estimates
Any architecture, technology recommendation, timeline, or price discussed over WhatsApp or in an initial conversation is indicative and non-binding.
Such discussion does not constitute a formalized technical proposal, a commercial quote, or a binding contract. A finalized architecture, scope, exclusions list, and price are established only after a direct discovery phase and the execution of a formal SOW.

Who Answers
Messages sent to our WhatsApp Business number are read and answered by a person, normally our Principal Architect, Rishabh B. Shukla. There is no chatbot and no automated qualification step. Delivery receipts and similar notices generated by the WhatsApp platform itself are the only automated messages you will receive from us.
We aim to reply within one business day. That is a statement of practice, not a guaranteed response time.

Service Availability & Delivery Guarantee
CodeNXT Lab's communication infrastructure relies heavily on the Meta WhatsApp Business API and other third-party cloud networks. Consequently, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, instantaneous message delivery, or error-free transmission. CodeNXT Lab is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by Meta Platforms, Inc. or hardware failures beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeNXT Lab and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- User reliance on indicative estimates given prior to the execution of a formal SOW.
- Downtime or API failures within the WhatsApp Business ecosystem.
- User reliance on the engineering material published in our Journal or Resources, which describes specific systems under specific constraints and is not advice for yours.
